It's more mobile view of website rather than a mobile app. It has poor UI/UX. Not easy to navigate and it is fully packed with content. Not possible to activate packages from the inside of the app, you have to use USSD code instead. It's the 3-rd time I am not getting a warning that my internet pakage is expired and I will be charged from my balance. Viva-MTS has such a service and it's quite usefull.

App interface looks pretty nice. Some things need to be done though, for example, the top image banners get stretched which results into the images getting displayed ugly, would recommene just setting the banner static or remove it completely. Otherwise, everything else is really nice.

I would rate it higher, but just 1 star because i cannot use it. If you are a E-SIM user u cannot use the app. This issue was there for a while and I informed the company once a couple of months ago, but no luck with further updates. Please fix it. 25/4/22 - almost half year in past, the bug is still there)))
