The only reason I went with ucom is because they have less ping to EU servers. however they a lot of down time. the down time takes 1 to 3 hours and in that time the whole countries internet is down. that is not acceptable. Also their app logs me out all the time. trying to call their support is a waste of time since they can't speak english. they only know a script and are a robot that can't think for themselves. I can't login now to app.

When trying to login via biometric verification (thumbprint), the app just returns error with the message "wrong input" (սխալ ներածում) and that's it. You can't do anything and have to reinstall the app in order to login again. Moreover, this bug exists for at least couple of months when I started using it and it is still not fixed.

When I saw that the rating of this app was listed as 2.6, I was unpleasantly shocked for a moment, but then I thought "maybe I won't have the same negative experience as other people" and gave it a shot. I was wrong. This app is objectively terrible. I couldn't even pay for my tariff plan because of the bugs; it's absolutely ridiculous. People, don't use this software until they fix their code from the ground up, otherwise you'll waste your time and energy.
