Horrible App Keeps crashing. Now it doesn't even let me sign in before crashing. Every update just makes it worse. When it used to work, it's super slow, with transactions taking up to 3min to happen after signing, compared to 3 seconds for Inecobank's app. It's very scary to think that I trust this bank with my money, maybe I shouldn't? If there app is this bad, how bad is their banking infrastructure? I'll probably close all my accounts with them now.

Cannot apply for a travel card in their app, always brings up "currency not chosen error". and when I contact them they say there is no issues with the app and they ask for personal information!

Stupid and not reliable application. Today I spent almost 12 full hours trying to just login, no success. More than 5 hours call with bank a lot of not logical reasons and 0 solution. You need to allow to request your personal data from some commercial company, need to have Google authenticator, need to buy noew phone that is running on Android 14 or higher. Terrible service and application.
