Problem with version 5.4.125 Can no longer connect to exchange. Test connection fails every time. Have uninstalled / reinstalled and still the same. Heavily rely on this app. Please fix. Problem fixed VERY promptly once reported. Straight back to 5 stars!
Don't let the stark appearance fool you, this app has been a great Outlook e-mail client for all my Android devices, phones up to 12 inch tablets. It has a minimalist interface, but is very functional and quite easy to use. It's, frankly, my preferred method of using Outlook, even more so than the "Official" client that is part of MS Office, as the 2013 version in use at work is simply ghastly, "heavy" with over-sized or odd-looking icons, several changes in location or name of key functions, and I find it MORE challenging to use than the earlier versions. As may be seen in other reviews, occasional version changes result in occasionally frustrating bugs, but personally (Ahhh, anecdotal evidence...) I've rarely had a bug that actually BROKE this program, and when there have been bugs I usually see an update that fixes it within days. The only thing limiting this to 4 stars is an inability to change directories for downloaded attachments, but when I asked the developers about that possibility I was given a generally positive response, and hope to see it added to future versions, at which time I can easily give this 5 stars. Thanks for such a simple but useful program!
A few quirks I've had to rebuild my profile at least twice now because something became corrupted and it started asking for a password even though I hadn't changed it. Now I notice that it isn't checking for email every 5 minutes per the settings. I have to manually retrieve email.
Terrible response Good until last update. Will not connect to OWA account. I've unintalled and reinstalled three times. No luck. I have also went to SSL, no luck. Terrible response from customer service for a paid app. I've been without my work email for a week now through this app. Sorry for the inconvenience of a bad review. Refund my money.
V 5.4.125 After update to 5.4.125 I cannot access my Outlook OWA account anymore. Test connection gives error message. No account settings have been changed and I've doubled checked my password.
Loved it until the update Cannot access or connect after latest update. Help or just refund what I paid for the app.
NOTE: All accounts must be downloaded from the server to continue.
• Correctly download IMAP folders with special characters in folder name.
• Properly group IMAP sub-folders within parent folders.
