UPDATE: Last few days it has started asking for the password repeatedly and has now locked out my AD account. Great usability, features, and UI experience. Wish it had an e-mail widget and not just the calendar widget since I can keep my calendar and contacts synchronized using other tools, but MobiMail *IS* the tool for corporate e-mail when you don't want corp to have admin/push on your phone. One star drop for not having an e-mail widget. Doesn't allow edit or copy/paste of message body when replying. Poor handling of calendar events that include dial-in conference call info, i.e. including PIN.
I have only used it for few days, but really love this app over OWM. I used to use OWM and found it hard to use and easy to tap the wrong button. It was hard to add people to email and to get the email sent. So far MobiMail looks great and the calendar looks great. It is easy to switch from mail to calendar. The buttons are large enough to hit easy with my big fingers. Installation was very fast and connected quickly with my email server. I will update after I have used for few months.
Best Android app I've been using MobiMail for a few years now, and have never been disappointed. The app is very stable and has a very rich set of features, like being able to sync my Exchange calendar with the native Android calendar app. My only gripe is that it doesn't handle meeting cancellations and changes very well. But then again, I haven't found any other 3rd party app that can do it any better.
Tasks would make it complete If task sync and especially task notifications worked this would be almost perfect.
App crashing all the time when tried to open after last update. Please fix this issue.
Great for OWA If you have corporate email that requires invasive software like Airwatch this is a great alternative. It connects via OWA just like when you go through browser runs just like a regular mail app. It also integrates with the native Android calendar which is really nice.
