This utility allows to easily select estimated points for SCRUM stories.
SCRUM is a management and control process that cuts through complexity, to focus on building software that meets business needs.
Scrum is a team project management technique.
There is a Project Owner, that has a Project Backlog of tasks or stories to be performed.
The team analyzes the backlog, supported by a Scrum Master.
The velocity is the amount of work that the team can perform in each work block, or sprint.
In each sprint planning session, story points are assigned to each task.
The team can estimate the time to complete each set of tasks based on previous accomplishments.
Daily, the team performs a stand up, to talk about the project status.
We offer an Android app that has the levels used by many teams.
Just swipe right or left to choose the right ports. Long touch changes the color schema.
