World Around Me is a unique way to find useful places around you - such as restaurants, ATMs, shops, bus/metro stations and more. WAM uses your phone’s camera to give you a completely new way of exploring a place, anywhere in the world.

When you point the phone's camera in any direction, then you will see overlays of virtual signboards onto the camera view in that direction. Augmented Reality is thus used to enhance the view of your surroundings. This helps you navigate intuitively to places of your interest, using your phone’s camera.

Ratings and reviews

Used to be very good, but now it wants you to upgrade before giving any information, Euro 9.99 is far too expensive, especially when there are similarly good apps around, many free or at a reasonable cost, I understand the need to make money, but this price is far too high, so I am unistalling, not the best way to go from 5 star to 1 star!

This is the closest app I've used to the CityLens app on my Lumia back in the day of Windows Phone great app, keep up the good work guys. Oh in the "Tell us more" option it asked about booking flights, I guess that would be nice, but I don't think it's necessary.

So many places missing. I wanted an app for traveling and found this one to be so lacking in our local area that it would make no sense to even attempt using it somewhere we are unfamiliar. Great idea but did not get close to reaching the mark.
