Very easy to use and so secured. All the transactions are authentication. The exchange rate i found a bit less from the other exchanges companies but overall no found a major difference in it. They saves the previous transactions record for viewing in the future. The good thing is the credit card payment they are allowing with some of extra card charge. The credit card transactions are completing under Dubai government pay method and many banks can provide you to convert it at EMI with 0%.

The app has some problem. It keeps on asking for emirates id and date of birth again n again. Also when trying to make payment to already added beneficiary it asks for relationship and when you click on it, the error comes that we cant show your beneficiaries at the moment. After that the app stops working. Other issue is when entering the amount, instead of converting it into the other currency, it converts and the amount shows again on the aed side instead of the other currency side. Crazy

I had used the app a year ago. Then uninstalled it due to poor fx rates. Recently reinstalled it again. Much improved than before better rates than direct remit. Also I have a feedback to provide better rates if the amount being sent is more. I will update the review if I find any issues with the app. UPDATE == Since 13th Aug observed that rates are not changing in real time even if the rates are changing in the forex market. But ENBD direct remit reflects the change in forex rates properly.
