Makes it easy and approachable to do typical CBT exercises and to review previous entries. Would definitely recommend as an accompanying tool for people currently doing CBT with a therapist, interested in learning about CBT, or trying to keep up good habits after finishing therapy.

Great journal app for noting down your feelings and thoughts with anxiety. It helps you dial down your anxiety so you can cope.

I just downloaded this app today. So far, I really enjoy using this app. The first thing that stood out to me is the design. This app has a very modern and clean design which makes it enjoyable to use. Other than the design, the mental health assessment feature and the journaling helps to reflect on how I've been doing mentally as of recently. I'm looking forward to using this app in the future and recommend that others try it out!
