This app has been specially designed to help people who recognize themselves as Borderline Personality Disorder, also known as borderline personality disorder (BPD).

- Create a protected account with a login and a password
- Fill out the supplementary information sheet indicating the number of reminders you wish to receive
- At each alert, take a few moments to express the nature of your emotional feeling at the moment "T", indicate, the associated behavior (s) and the form (s) of compensations that you adopt or not to face them.
Discover then your dominant emotions as well as their evolutions during:
- last 24 hours
- last 7 days
- last 30 days
Over the days, you will be able to see your progress in your approach to managing emotions and communicate them to your therapist, if you wish.
