Pretty good app but heavily dependent on server load. Commands can be instantaneous or take several minutes or just timeout completely. Most of the time it's quick. One major gripe is that the notifications are hit and miss, sometimes they come through no problem and sometimes the phone has to be "awake" to be received. That's kind of useless for the guard and geofence alerts. Have called support numerous times and never got the promised call back.

Very bad, really. I have 2 vehicles on my account and in both it is constantly offline, it does not work and it does not register the GPS either. I really paid with pleasure because I bought a new package that would be better and it does not work. It is a offline with that app. I really hope they can fix it and it does not appear offline all the time.

The app is buggy. It went offline for no apparent reason for 4 days, even after logging out several times and even uninstalling it nothing worked, all I had was a blank screen. The app was saying offline. Then mysteriously on the 5 day everything was fine and back to normal. I could once again remote start my vehicle and see it's location on the GPS feature. I'll re rate the app again once it shows consistent reliability.
