they do not give a reply about the availability of the order and their delivery is in 48-72hrs and they don't follow up 9n the order. if a company is not ready for online sales they should not launch an app. you also can not cancel an order or cancel your account so you are stuck with them whether you like it or not

very great especially if you are a foreigner and can't speak Arabic well sometimes it's hard to express your concerns in a pharmacy but here it's easier they speak and understand English well and always answer on time.its the best thank you.

Worst customer service ever! Not responsive at all and there is no number I can call to fast track my complaint! They cancelled 2 of my order items, i paid full with credit card, and when i finally received it, there was a COD of almost 200 pounds! I contacted them on their support chat but they didn't respond. After waiting for half an hour, i had to let the delivery man leave with my order. They still didn't come back to me yet!
