Bad app It shows drugs available for certain prices and after you make an order they call to inform that these drugs are no longer available and the app showed a mistake Also prices are not undated and you got surprised by a new price after making and confirming the order

I'm forced to use Chefaa due to my health insurance contract. Over the past year, I've placed around 5 orders and every single time it's been the same frustrating experience. Orders are consistently delayed for up to two weeks or more, and items are often missing despite being listed as available on the app. Customer service and management have been unhelpful and unresponsive on multiple occasions. This is the worst pharmacy app I've ever used. The level of negligence is shocking.

It's a really good app. The products on it are a lot, and the doctor on the app is so helpful and well-mannered they answer so fast and my only problem with this app is that it's not near me so I don't have access to all the products over all its a great app saves me time instead of searching in every pharmacy for my products and also it has alot of product that can replace the boycotting one
