Worst app, i loaded app twice but its not showing any amount yet . This company is fake and looting people by fake app. You add money but u wont get any amount updated to purchase. Also they dont reconcile their own that this amount should be updated by their own. Now we have to raise complain and take follow ups and still dont know what would be the status

I have placed an order through VM today,but it has been stuckedin vending machine. So i contacted the helpline no through whatsapp. Till now there is no response from him. Then, Again I purchased from the app, But the code hasn't worked. I tried multiple times. But still it was same. So I cancelled it. But the money hasn't been refunded to me till now. This is Worst of all.

App is very easy to use to order from the vending machine at the comfort of your seat. Customer support during a grievance is also very apt and prompt.
