It has been scientifically produced that the best way to lose weight is to have small but frequent, around 6 meals a day. This app is still stuck 100 years ago, offers only breakfast, dinner, lunch and snack options. Can't increase the number of meals to be logged.
Some ingredients for pay only First impressions. Looks nice but time-consuming to interall individual ingredients for things like a cup of coffee with cream and sugar. Some food items are locked until you pay for the app, which would make it quicker I'm sure but since I don't pay for apps I guess entries will just have to take a little longer.
Limits entries with pay Interface isn't even that good, you're basically getting convenience of automatic generic calorie counting. Limits many common items such a "cheese slice" until you pay. Terrible app
I like the this app It has just enough food available without paying for more, it is simple to use without the fuss of calorie counting weighing etc. East to input your own meals or individual items and the necessary data. Only downside is that it can crash mid-update.
I bought the app, pretty happy with it. There are some bugs that need fixed though. I.e. the email journal does not work... really would like that to be functional.
This app is worth using. I especially love the edit and add features not available from some of the competitor's apps. These make it easy to input meals you make or foods you buy
