They have app and payment issues they are working through. But great concept, and their process is way more streamlined amd faster than other bloated competitive apps. And while some of the customer service don't do anything to help and aren't suited for customer service jobs, they do have a few people like Emily for example, who are very responsive and actually work really hard to try and help the customer.

UPDATED FEB 4- HAVE NOT BEEN PAID AFTER 1 MONTH OF WORK! NEW payment (STRIPE) is NOT GOOD. ***DO NOT USE APP until this is fixed*** 2 jobs done early Jan not paid. Support lies and cannot fix payment issue. Pays decently for short shifts, longer cleaning shifts 5-6 hours pays low ($21/hour). I tend to stick to shorter shifts 2-4 hours which pay $26 per hour generally. Frequent uninstall and reinstall required to just access the app!!! 2 out of 5 until improved & they pay out ALL tips.

App crashes close to 100% of the time eventually. It might work for a little while, then crash. I live in Austin, it's a pretty big city, yet for any job I will generally have to drive 300 to 1000 miles. I don't know if it's poor advertising, or if customers have had bad experiences with Diem. But there doesn't seem to be much work for Diem employees. I sure hope they fix the app bugs, hope some more jobs show up near the Austin area too. I'm cautiously optimistic, but sticking with Diem.
