For many restaurants, this works fine, but when it doesn't, I've had quite bad experiences with restaurants suddenly refusing to accept it and neotaste always gives the same reply of "here's a free month" without fixing the actual problem. As if i want more time for an app that always leaves me wondering if i actually get what i expect.

​I am extremely frustrated with NeoTaste. I explicitly canceled my membership a day before my free trial ended, as I don't eat out often, yet I was still charged. Their system failed to track my cancellation. When I reached out, support refused to acknowledge the technical error on their end. Instead of helping, customer service just copy-pasted their terms, refused my refund, and rudely declared the matter closed. This feels like a scam. Avoid this app and their deceptive billing practices!

DO NOT USE THIS APP. Downloaded the app whilst I was away. Cancelled the subscription 2 weeks later as didn't use it. Payment still came out of account. No acknowledgement of any cancellation even after cancelling for a second time. No help from customer service same copy and pasted email. Once looking through reviews this seems to be a regular thing
