For many restaurants, this works fine, but when it doesn't, I've had quite bad experiences with restaurants suddenly refusing to accept it and neotaste always gives the same reply of "here's a free month" without fixing the actual problem. As if i want more time for an app that always leaves me wondering if i actually get what i expect.

Their subscription wasn't shown in the Play Store subscriptions section. I check it regularly. I accidentally noticed that they had been quietly charging my PayPal account for months. I've now cancelled it in the app.

We're sorry to hear about your experience. NeoTaste subscriptions are managed directly through your NeoTaste account and not through the Play Store subscription section. Your subscription status, renewal details and cancellation options are always transparently available in your profile in the app.

DO NOT USE THIS APP. Downloaded the app whilst I was away. Cancelled the subscription 2 weeks later as didn't use it. Payment still came out of account. No acknowledgement of any cancellation even after cancelling for a second time. No help from customer service same copy and pasted email. Once looking through reviews this seems to be a regular thing
