Shuttl has lost all the trust and faith earned in last couple of years. I have faced 2 days of bus break down and reported the same but no response and asper shuttle information bus has reached destination whereas driver confirmed to deboard. This is really a pathetic situation where colleagues confirmed to have received same response from shuttl.
Pathetic service. Driver didn't stopped at designated pickup point. I was there 15 min in advance and he just rushed past me. Why was it 7:21 when shuttl left without stopping at 7:10. Now I can neither cancel nor reschedule and wait for hours at red light.
Earlier it was optional to get a ride for Rs.80 but now you have made pass mandatory. If a person don't use shuttl often so he/she has to buy pass for Rs 400 instead of a single ride for Rs 80. Dislike.
Shuttl service is very poor. There is no provision of someone who can guide you where Shuttl actually stops. In fact there is less stoppage and noone picks up in customer care to listen your concern. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this service
Its good, but every few months rates gets increased. Now if you are not a frequent traveller, there's compulsion to take the pass which will cost you rs 150 per ride, it started with rs 50, that's 3 fold increase
Poor shuttle services...the shuttle departs before the scheduled time and the volunteers aren't really supportive there. They make you wait for another half an hour for other shuttle. It is your responsibility to track the shuttle as the volunteers themselves are not aware of the shuttle timings..Even the customer care people so not respond to mails/complains.
