Great Service. Only problem is manually entering the booking Id, press to board option does not function properly. These are some of my suggestions. 1. Revert back the customer with a different ringtone. 2. Immediate response to the customer once they press on board. 3. For more than one person boarding at a pick up point kindly queue their request. Once done they can get notified even if the shuttle started. Hope these might help in improving the service.
Pathetic service. I booked the shuttle for the first time and got a message to be there 5mins in advance. I was there good 15 MNS in advance waiting to board but the driver didn't bother to stop. Called customer case zillion times and no one answered. Ultimately had to book a cab paying 4 times the amount to get back home. Pathetic and unprofessional I would say
Shuttl is truly the future of public transport. I am extremely happy that here is a company focused on affordable travel for the working class. The difference they make in lives can't be expressed enough. Small issues once in a while may crop up in the App usage but the overall experience is great. Hope the Shuttl team keeps at it and makes a difference to more lives.
They know how to set the bar so low you would not even bother asking for refund. Another soon to shut shop startup. Update: Quite a lot emails, 60 minutes of phone calls ,31 days & a play store review, still this arrogant soon to be doomed startup doesn't care to refund the 250 bucks they charged for a refundable promotional offer. No reason to use this lame excuse for daily transport service. Simply pathetic.
3rd grade application. If you cancel the trip then do not expect for any refund. It will show as consumed ride. If this is the case then remove the tab for cancellation and reschedule. Customer service is also very bad. No one even bother to reply and the call center number is always busy.
Pathetic app. I don't recommend anyone to use this. I had a very bad experience with this service. On the first day the shuttle changed its route without notifying and the second day was even more worse. The shuttle didn't come at the place and the GPS is also tracking the wrong shuttle. I called customer care and u won't believe they are even worse than the app itself. Instead of solving the issue they are saying I am not following the cab. Please improve yourself. Total negative.
