Need Help! Want to give it a try but I'm not able to get shuttl passes as it says that all have been sold out. Trying I since 3 days. How do I use the money that I've added to it? ( Will change it to 5 stars once I'm able to avail the service)
Fake company fake comittment. Company is cheating with its customers by selling subscription and collecting money in advance. Police and local authorities should rake stringent action against them. No guaranteed seats, last minute cancellation fake reasons and making u travel standing is company's USP. LAST BUT NOT LEAST NO CUSTOMER CARE EXISTS. FOR COMPANY IT IS CUST-"MAR"
I was standing on the pick up point for more then 15 mins. I was sick was standing in hot weather with heavy bag. Shuttle was late and suddenly it changed route and it did not come to my point!!!!. I was standing in the middle of no where. I tried to call customer service so that they may contact the driver but they were so busy no matter everyone should be calling to complaint. Its is not a reliable service at all. I'm going to complaint about it to transport department. Also even without scanning the ticket my ride is deducted. Bloddy money seekers. You should be ashamed of yourself for providing such pathetic service.
Pros : Good shuttles with cleanliness and a good ac. cons: Many a times the shuttle is 15-20 mins later than given time. Some routes waste upto 45-60 mins bcoz the same shuttle goes round and then back to your destination. Either increasing the number or dividing the route into 2 shuttles from a point so that the commuters can reach their destination fastly would help.
Customer care executive never attends call and why last ride always has to be cancelled for reshudiling and after shuttle miss the last ride also missed.. and price hike is too much . You are not providing this much premium services but charges are for premium luxury buses. Others services are better than yours. No route to ggn metro stations in morning , what one will do if office is near metro somehow and person wants to use shuttle.
Even now this hasn't been solved. Rides sold out before 23 hrs. Booking opens God knows when. And if rides are on first come first come basis, then subscription passes should also be that way, or there should be more vehicles. No use of pass if not able to use all rides. Seamless travel Shuttl is definitely not if we have to stress about seats being sold out all the time.!
