Need Help! Want to give it a try but I'm not able to get shuttl passes as it says that all have been sold out. Trying I since 3 days. How do I use the money that I've added to it? ( Will change it to 5 stars once I'm able to avail the service)
Continuously morning and now in evening on same day, I booked a shuttle , it showed time 2 mins arrival at destination and suddenly both time shuttle dropped me a msg stating bus has broke down. It is very obvious that bus was not in a working state since mrng. You guys didn't infor. Me. And I had to wait at my stop for half hour to get next shuttle they don't even allow to board you other shuttle for help purpose. Just refund of ticket doesn't help. Bad service
I was standing on the pick up point for more then 15 mins. I was sick was standing in hot weather with heavy bag. Shuttle was late and suddenly it changed route and it did not come to my point!!!!. I was standing in the middle of no where. I tried to call customer service so that they may contact the driver but they were so busy no matter everyone should be calling to complaint. Its is not a reliable service at all. I'm going to complaint about it to transport department. Also even without scanning the ticket my ride is deducted. Bloddy money seekers. You should be ashamed of yourself for providing such pathetic service.
Customer care executive never attends call and why last ride always has to be cancelled for reshudiling and after shuttle miss the last ride also missed.. and price hike is too much . You are not providing this much premium services but charges are for premium luxury buses. Others services are better than yours. No route to ggn metro stations in morning , what one will do if office is near metro somehow and person wants to use shuttle.
Such a bad interface. The app only asks for drop location and then lists routes based on that location, not considering where the user might want to board. Ola Shuttle is so much better in these terms which asks for both pickup and drop locations and then suggests routes.
Sadly.. I am very dependant on this service and I am very dejected over this.. I have a monthly payment done but never get a booking done when needed.. I am pretty clueless of how this is going to end.. I am always spending additional amount for cabs and the metro.. it's high time that you guys look into this..if this continues I will surely have to ask for a refund of the money paid such that I can move on with some other option of travel..
