So, how does Habitday work?
Imagine that you want to build some healthy habits:
1. Wake up early (before 5 AM)
2. Eat vegetable
3. Eat fruit
Wake up early? Well, you need to do this everyday.
Eat vegetable? Monday to Friday. Not on weekend :)
Eat fruit? Only on Saturday is fine.
If today is Saturday, then you only need to do "Wake up early" and "Eat fruit" habits. You don't need to be bothered by "Eat vegetable" habit, right? So, Habitday will only show those 2 habits on Today tab.
