Through the Hub app, you can find resources, support, and counselling services that are included as part of your Lyra Health International’s Employee Assistance Programme (EAP). With 24/7 access, 365 days a year, it's simple to connect with expert counsellors by phone or via chat for any of your mental, physical, or social wellbeing needs. The Hub also has a growing library of articles and videos, available in multiple languages, to help you to live your happiest, healthiest life.

Every service is completely confidential, and provided through your employer by Lyra International, making it free for you to use whenever you need it.
