I highly recommend utilizing Preflight. They're snappy on pickup and drop off. the parking lot is 5min from Airport, shuttles are clean w/ professional and polite drivers. They are far cheaper than other services alike. I was able to park under cover $20 cheaper than others minimum. Only 500 characters so cant be detailed, so know this, I have flown my whole life and once did 66trips in 365 days, and I will use Preflight from here on out with how useful they were in my last trip! -Atlanta, GA

Can't edit reservations and customer service won't reimburse when you accidentally hit pm instead of am and don't realize it until after the reservation started. I have 3 reservations on my app, 2 are completed and I can't figure out how to get them off the screen. I have to scroll through them to get to the right one. It's frustrating because I travel a lot. Reservations help keep my account straight, but causes confusion trying to find the right one.

Fantastic place to park in Phoenix. Great rates compared to main parking at the airport. I wasn't able to book online during my last trip since their system was giving weird errors but the guy at the main desk gave me a note to give to them when I returned. They gave me the same discount as I would have if I booked online. Thanks for the great customer service!
