About this app

Advance Wingman is a new application specifically designed for use by work shop staff within the body repair industry.

Increasing bodyshop efficiency by reducing wasted time in various functions:

- Live parts availability to save looking for a parts person to confirm if the parts have arrived

- Take images from the application and be loaded direct into the database, available for all users in real time with no uploading or file copying

- View methods manuals direct on the application, colour images with no printing costs

The application has the following features available as standard:
- Allows the operator to clock on / clock off for attendance

- Allows the operator to Start and End job tasks

- Select from a full list of jobs or select from a define list of allocated jobs

- Full job information available from the documents section

- Labour, full details on Stage, Operation and details of the labour task

- Parts, Parts description, Part number, ‘Live’ Order status and Location if delivered

- Charges, Detail description and work order status

- Details, Summary of Allowed time and a range of the core details from the claim

- Images, display of the images that have been flagged as being available for viewing in the application

- Reporting, a suite of reports to give the operator a full set of information on time and attendance bookings

RECENT:
Supervisors can now sort the All Jobs list

Tool usage can now be logged against a job directly from the job list popup menu, which means logs can be retrospective, in case entries were forgotten while work was in progress.

Multiple images can be selected when acquiring from the photo album.
