Device does not matching I reset my phone than after i installed app n try to login but there shows that " device is not matching " so i call in vbc debit/credit card customer care he sey me that pls contact your brache and when i go to the branche. Branch sey me that contact debit card customer care. Plese improve it

Nice Initiative but needs Improvement App satisfies basic banking transactions but some important things like complaint is not available ( I need to complaint for refund money but no option available) .
About account merge I have a 3 account in your branch.i started Mobile banking in 2 account but there is problem in login.i access only one account.there is no account merging option available in your phone banking app...so please update it as soon as possible...
