DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!! if you are serious about business and using fintech. this will leave you absolutely stranded. no way to log in. no way to reach out to customer service. maybe it worked before? but they got greedy and bit off more than they can chew. a couple weeks into it. I try to log in and it asks for the log in info again. and again and again. app is faulty now. card probably is too. so if you value your business avoid this fintech bank at all costs

Great overall app and bank for small businesses, but doesn't currently partner with any ATMs for fee-free cash withdrawals, and the app has a bug on android where if you tap on a notification for a recent expense, it will open the app and show you the transaction details, but the app is frozen and you can't select or interact with anything. The app has to be closed and reopened in order to navigate.

4 stars only because interfacing with old school customers and vendors is burdensome. my insurance carrier requires a check. Found sent one for me, but its been 11 buissness days and still no sign of it. that might be the post office, but that's still a system's problem. also, depositing paper checks takes forever. I have a lot of clients that won't do transfers. so it feels like buissness is lagging. everything else is great.
