Intra protects you from DNS manipulation, a cyber attack used to block access to news sites, social media platforms and messaging apps. Intra utilizes Android's VpnService to create a secure tunnel that intercepts and encrypts your DNS queries, preventing manipulation by malicious actors. This also helps protect you against some phishing and malware attacks. Intra couldn’t be simpler to use — just leave it on and forget about it. Intra won’t slow down your internet connection and there’s no limit on data usage.



While Intra protects you against DNS manipulation, there are other, more complicated blocking techniques and attacks that Intra doesn't protect against.

I use it for uBlock, and definitely right in the stage of "I don't know any better," I'm just happy to not have ads and other things, but I do have a problem of it just slowing down for like a second, taking my WiFi with it. I don't know what part the problem is there, but it also doesn't label when a request comes from—well, it sometimes doesn't know, other times it does but then forgets and says somewhere else. I feel the 3.9 is perfect for this app, not perfect but good.

Works great. Minimal impact on battery life, used it for a small week now. A widget to quickly turn it on and off or the ability to assign rules for activation (connection with home WiFi, etc) would be very nice. I also use it to secure the connection on my other devices through tethering.

I didn't realise I hadn't reviewed this app. Shows how good it is, because I've been using it for years and it works SO WELL that it just became part of my life and I forgot to even leave a review. Trust me, it's an amazing VPN app, very simple, straightforward, no ads and completely free. Incredibly grateful to the developers, thank you so much! You are very kind and so talented 🙏🏼❤️
