Two interfaces are available: employee interface and employer interface.
The first is the app that turns the smartphone into a virtual badge; the second is the time and attendance software.
The employee interface consists of the online map and a simple "sleeping" icon. The icon wakes up as soon as the employee enters the radius of the workplace (office or construction site or whatever) and clicks on the icon.
With JOBy, a tap on the smartphone is all it takes to clock in!
First of all the employee must activate the GPS and grant access to JOBy.
The employer interface is the back-end of the app and is very easy to use. You can set up different ranges and zones. If employees leave the area you have set, the end of the work shift is marked.
