I like the customization options and ability to track my order. Finding promotion codes within the app isn't very intuitive, though. The staff have been extremely polite and professional. When they realized they were out of an item I ordered, they promptly called me to ask if I'd like a refund or something else. I ordered delivery to the wrong building once. I sent an e-mail explaining the situation. They quickly responded (via e-mail) and delivered to the building I needed.

The app and website look professional, but there is an issue when trying to make an order as there's no cart that lets you see what you're ordering and no way to edit it either. You also can't choose a drink by clicking on it. The setup is quite complicated and confusing. Please fix this.

When it actually notifies you they will be delivering and orders are now open, then it works great. There is a bad recurring issue with the notification not working which essentially means it won't take your order or deliver to you. They have yet to correct it despite their comment on here (August 31st 2023) stating that they've improved it.
