I got the card about 2 years ago I think. Every month they charged me interest even though I paid the full amount through direct debit. They did give it back after emailing them. I stopped using the card because of that. I decide to give them another chance but every transaction is declined, chip and pin, contactless, regardless of the amount or the type. After chatting with them I teceived an email saying that everything is sorted, but it isn't. still can't use the card, still waiting for reply

It was bad before; now it doesn't work at all. Renders the card unusable. Time to switch providers. Response to Onmo: I've wasted enough time "engaging" with you guys already. I'm not going to waste any more time on it. Your app doesn't work, even on totally up-to-date stock Android. Period.

So I've been with onmo over a year and basically been paying a holiday off every month since .. my holiday got cancelled and refunded the money back to onmo .. they have had my money for 2 months .. blocked my card and still haven't sent me my money back .. WOULD DIFFERENTLY NOT RECCOMEND ONMO !!! Update. I rang twice yesterday once in the morning and then at 4pm and spoke to chris.. and still i am waiting for my refund.. and got told nothing you can do just got to wait for an email !!!!!
