No verification option within the app!!! Applied and got accepted, received my card after only 3 days so all good. I then go to activate my card via the app but I got error messages. Spoke to Jessica via live chat and apparently I need to send ID documents and address verification. This is bizarre as usually that's confirmed via the initial credit checks before any card is sent out!!??? Anyway I tried to do this via the app and an email with a link...absolutely no option anywhere to upload ID!!

Charged me interest multiple times even though my balance was paid in full each month by direct debit. Surely it's not legal for them to do this? No increase of tiny £250 credit limit after more than 2 years. No other credit card has given me such a low limit. App keeps giving error messages recently. Cannot pay off my final balance of £9.99 and close my account as it keeps rejecting the debit card payment and it won't let me close the account with an outstanding balance.

I got the card about 2 years ago I think. Every month they charged me interest even though I paid the full amount through direct debit. They did give it back after emailing them. I stopped using the card because of that. I decide to give them another chance but every transaction is declined, chip and pin, contactless, regardless of the amount or the type. After chatting with them I teceived an email saying that everything is sorted, but it isn't. still can't use the card, still waiting for reply
