Both appear in the network list, but neither can be switched on. Their web versions expose too little to filter usefully, so UNDOOMED marks them unavailable instead of pretending to help.

Ratings and reviews

Half of the filters don't work. Get a 404 error when trying to update the filters. Last filter update that my phone has is October. and they expect me to subscribe to this awful service? In theory, if this thing was actually maintained and functioned as advertised it would be well worth the $3 a month. But as it currently stands it literally doesn't work with what I expected and what is advertised, so hard pass.

Too Expensive. Doesn't Ever Fully Work. I like the idea however, I just think Meta tries too hard for a single dev or small dev crew to keep on top of when it comes to their websites and their push towards using their app, scrolling their reels, and generally staying hooked. I didn't notice how much the price went up after the first few months as well. If this app was $5 CAD a month, it might almost be worth it. I would happily come back if it was more reasonably priced and functional.

I liked the idea of this app. Some filters were working well, but have been broken for a while. I can't justify paying a subscription if it's not maintained. I've cancelled my trial and am using Decaf Social instead. It seems more up to date and doesn't have a subscription

What’s new

Filters, fixed where they were wrong.

• Instagram: the home-feed filter no longer leaves parts of the feed behind.
• Reddit: hiding the home feed no longer takes the Popular tab with it.
• Parent Lock: overlay filter toggles are now guarded by the PIN.
• Plan wording corrected, so nothing free is sold as a Pro benefit.
• Fixed an Android networking error shortly after launch, plus stability work.
