I am a Staples Associate and use the app daily. Used to be able to log into my rewards account but now I am unable to log on in app. Constantly keeps telling me information isn't correct however I can log on on any other device or on the browser on my phone. Please fix app.
This app failed from the start. I can't log in because the login requirements only includes an email address and not also a username login option, which is what I use to login on their website. IF YOU USE A USERNAME TO LOGIN ON STAPLES' WEBSITE, AVOID THEIR APP SINCE THEY DON'T HAVE THAT LOGIN OPTION FOR US!
I love staples saveing 10% to use app is great also on my cell apps work better than internet
Never works. New update doesn't work either. I can't order anything, always get an error message.
The app and the website are useless for 1 hour pick up and inventory. Identified my store in Oregon but gives inventory for someplace in MA.
I can't change or set a default store. I'm not in Framingham, MA.
