I have been trying to submit a printing order for two days unsuccessfully. I only have access through my smartphone and currently the copy and print website is not mobile compatible and the app does not offer copy and print services. I found out through support that the copy and print website is not even managed by the same web provider as the app or the full store website. No money has been put into the copy and print website to upgrade or improve its features in a very very long time. If it weren't for the amazing staff at the West 11th store and Eugene I would be going anywhere else for my copy and printing needs. Until improvements are made I will not be using any online services for Staples Copy and Print it is too frustrating
This app has gotten so much better, only things it needs are institute navigation, as far as what aisles are where and what products are in each aisle, and also a quick checkout feature where I can scan on my phone and show a barcode at the register and pay, that would help immensely during back to school!
Why do you need access to anything other than location?
This app is not good it does not have coupons either
