Kinda hit or miss experience with its so called automated approval process. Sometimes they approve a 4k purchase and sometimes they deny a 200 purchase. No missed payments with them or any current pending payments either, so I guess our history with them is irrelevant. But overall tabby has the most variety of stores to shop from (if and when it works) compared to its competing apps. Try TAMARA, most people had better chances there.

Asks for a lot of information that aren't necessarily required for authorizing a payment. Another thing, whatever information you add to your profile you can't delete. I wouldn't recommend it what so ever. Tamara is a great alternative and I've used it myself without any challenges to mention. In addition, I received an email after the review asking to communicate through email, which seems like a style to show like they care but even that is automated. They don't care and I don't care either.

This app is truly disappointing, and their customer service is even more frustrating. They seem clueless about resolving customer issues. After my first purchase, when I attempted a second one, I received a message stating, "your card is locked," despite having no outstanding balances or issues with any credit card. The reason behind their locking system is baffling. It almost feels like they're intentionally creating a terrible experience.
