I love the device itself, but really dislike that it needs a smartphone/app to be able to use. Not everyone has a smartphone, and I am not always able to use my phone during a migraine attack, especially during severe attacks when I'd need Nerivio the most. It's extremely inconvenient and I wish it was a separate controller or a controller on the device itself, rather than needing an app to control.

The devices itself works very well and takes the edge off my severe migraines. The app on the other hand has alot of glitches. The data is not always saved from your diary. Now the app is not working at all. I signed out- restarted my phone and uninstalled and re- installed the app. It still isn't working. I have a bad migraine right now and am not able to use the device which really sucks. I hope this gets figured out soon.

Complete garbage. I am very disappointed. I spent $20 on a consult fee and $10 for a device that won't even connect to my smartphone. When I went to contact customer support, there was no phone number listed, just an email. My husband and I spent almost an hour trying to get the device to connect; restarting my phone, turning the Bluetooth off and back on, and restarting the app... all while I'm having a migraine.
