I absolutely love The Rose and fully support them as a Black Rose and a premium member. However, after maybe a month or so of the app's launch the notifications stopped working. It would also be great if there was a translation function from Korean to English (and vice versa, maybe even for other languages too). Pretty good app for it's purpose though 👍

I ordered merch through the app and its been over a month since my package was supposedly shipped, and it hasn't arrived yet nor have there been any shipping updates. I've emailed multiple times and they won't respond. terrible experience!!!! would not buy from them again!!!!!!

Hope you will upgrade this application soon. The current version has many uncomfortable things. The absence of a 'folder' for each different content makes me confused when I want to re-watch one old content because various contents seem 'messy' on the same page. I also find it difficult because I have to scroll one by one from the top page. And when I want to watch one old video after another, I am forced to scroll back and forth from the top page until I find the old video I am looking for.
