The ID part of this was easy, the upload of source of funds much less so! Maybe it's easier if your bank is in the list (question - why is not Cooperative Bank not in the list? They have done open banking for a while now). Three big problems with the upload 1. It renames your file so you have no idea what you just uploaded 2. You can only upload one file at a time 3. There is no way to review what you've just uploaded. A truly terrible user experience for the stressed house buyer!

The app is buggy, I has reversed the submitted data 3 times, and put it to resubmit, the ID check face scan part doesn't work, even if it was completed it sent error messages. The name field could not handle the "DR." title which is a part of my name in the passport. It is a disaster, my rent application got delayed a whole week. The support is helpful and responsive, but the app itself is rubbish.
