PublicNTP’s Time Server App lets you turn your phone into a mobile SNTP time-keeper. NTP servers are necessary for keeping devices synced to atomic-accurate time. Join a worldwide community and help keep time straight for thousands.

Really neat, displays the correct time even if I disable my phone's network time so I think it really pulls time from GPS. Unfortunately I can't test how accurate it is because I don't have a dedicated GPS module for my computer and I am having issues getting the SNTP server to work (I'm on Android 12), but to be fair it says it works best when rooted.

Is this app supposed to sync the local device's clock as well? My phone has remained +/- 1 second out of sync (offset) and the app has been installed for several hours. I can't find any way to forcibly sync the clock, which should probably happen by default anyway...? Weird.

Local time by this app is 3600 seconds slower than real local time! Not accurate. Another atomic clock app available on Play is much more accurate. Currently 58ms difference with that one. Have heard nothing since original review in Sept 2021. Noted that the app has not been updated since 2019.
