I can't recommend Tripool enough. I used this service twice during my Taiwan holiday finding it a reasonably priced option to get to destinations on my itinerary quicker than through the public transport system. I really got to experience the excellent customer service when I needed to amend my second booking to avoid being trapped at my location by typhoon kong-rey. In both cases, drivers were punctual, professional and very safe.

Very easy to use app. Easy to book the car and getting thr price estimate and car size we need. The car is nice and clean and comfortable. The driver arrived on time. The driver is friendly and speaks good English. I will use this company again.
