Turnboards: Work Orders

Über diese App

Turnboards is a fast, shared work board for property teams, contractors, shops, service crews, and small businesses.

Create a task as quickly as writing a note. Type it into the slide-up composer and submit—no required form, no setup maze. Add details only when the work needs them.

WORKFLOWS THAT FIT THE WORK

Choose an industry workspace or build your own stages. Each board can use a different workflow, terminology, and focused view while every task keeps the same simple structure.

Included workspace presets:
• General task boards
• Construction and punch lists
• Property turnovers
• Maintenance dispatch
• Fabrication and production queues
• Fleet and marine repair
• Cabinet and millwork production
• Sign, print, apparel, and embroidery orders
• Restoration and remediation
• Low-voltage and solar installation
• Farms and greenhouses
• Event and AV production
• Creative content production
• Software issue tracking

PROPERTY TURNOVERS, FROM WALK TO WORK

Organize each property into buildings and units. Walkers can move from unit to unit, capture issues in seconds, choose an optional trade, and finish even when no problems are found. Crews get a separate Work view for My Work, trade queues, unit progress, and task completion.

SIMPLE ENOUGH FOR THE FIELD

• Create tasks with one text entry
• Assign work to teammates or claim it yourself
• Add notes, due dates, priority, location, reference, quantity, schedule, and blockers
• Move work through custom stages
• Group tasks by unit or another optional group
• Switch boards between industry workspace types
• See focused field, shop, dispatch, Kanban, farm, event, and content views
• Keep working offline and sync when your connection returns
• Use separate organizations while keeping the selected workspace in sync
• Continue work from the Turnboards web dashboard

Turnboards is made for teams replacing paper lists, whiteboards, spreadsheets, and scattered text messages—not teams looking for a heavyweight ERP or full construction-management suite.

Fast to capture. Clear to assign. Flexible enough for the way your team works.
