I cashed out for $5 at the end of August and received it minus a fee. I just tried cashing out $11.80 and now I have to pay for a membership to cashout. The app would be a 5* app if they gave an option to cashout without purchasing a membership. Otherwise, what's the point of answering the polls if you can't cash out.

A bit clunky Do not know how to register in order to withdraw any money. I have 1115 points. I do not know the value of the points either.
