My account is disconnected from the app, and I have tried to log back in, but it always sends the error message "Try again." I have paid the subscription for one month. Please help me because I'll lose time, and I won't get points to withdraw.

I cashed out for $5 at the end of August and received it minus a fee. I just tried cashing out $11.80 and now I have to pay for a membership to cashout. The app would be a 5* app if they gave an option to cashout without purchasing a membership. Otherwise, what's the point of answering the polls if you can't cash out.

First, they raised the cash out from 500 to 1000 and now that I've hit 1000, they want me to pay for a subscription to withdraw it. WHAT IN THE ACTUAL HELL?!? And where 500 was $5, so is 1000. These guys are jerks. Y'all insulted me first.
