Users with an existing subscription to VillaFact can log in to use the companion app free of charge. Only homeowners or property managers require a subscription, invited vendors can access assigned homes via their invites without charge.

For new users, the VillaFact app on the Play Store offers the following monthly subscription plans:
• Manage 1 Home — $8.00 per month
• Manage 2 Homes — $15.00 per month
• Manage 3 Homes — $22.00 per month
All plans include a 30-day free trial for new subscribers.
Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period. Subscriptions can be managed or canceled in Google Play account settings.

What’s new

This update includes major improvements to the in-app inspection experience, with new booking steps, status updates, editing support, and access instructions. This includes a real world inspection service with an external payment system. We also improved home details, document downloads, and PDF previews, while fixing issues affecting sign-in, in-app checkout, offline mode, banners, icons, scrolling, and other mobile usability issues.
