Wispar is your personal research companion — a privacy-friendly app for exploring academic journals and scientific articles.

Using the Crossref and OpenAlex APIs, Wispar helps you stay updated on your favourite journals. Follow journals to receive the latest research abstracts in your main feed — no account required.

- Fixes the database export function, PDF files and graphical abstracts are now exported correctly again
- Disables auto backups on Google Drive, as it causes flutter_secure_storage to crash the app on reinstall
