NY Transit Status is a simple and intuitive visualization app for the NY transit status data. It provides service updates from the following supported agencies:

See the same real-time track number and departure time screens you see in Grand Central for Metro North rail. With just one click, view the real-time departure screens for MTA Metro North Railroad stops on the east side of the Hudson. You can preset three buttons for train stations of your choice.
