MANAGEMENT OF LABOR ACTIVITY
The basic objective of the application is to control and manage the working hours of the company's employees.
It allows the control of work modalities in 'PRESENTIAL' with 'INTENSIVE' or 'NORMAL' working hours and in 'TELE-WORK' only 'NORMAL'.
Initially, the system must be accessed by means of a personal 'login' to be able to impute and report working hours. An automatic self-login of the user can be optionally configured after their first identification in the app.
Next, the time of work entry must be imputed in each working day, indicating the possible incidents due to delay in relation to the entry time that is assigned on a personal level.
A delay or delay in the time of entry is allowed, limited by a time flexibility assigned at a personal level within which it is not necessary to document the reasons for the possible delay in the time of entry.
Arrivals in advance of the assigned work entry time are not taken into account and therefore in these cases the assigned entry time is reflected as entry time.
During the imputation of the work time out, the total hours actually worked are validated, having discounted the rest times (meals) that each user has assigned on a personal level.
In the case of non-compliance with the 'standard working day' according to the hours of work and rest that are assigned at a personal level, the system will request that the reasons and causes of this incident be reported. The working hours worked that are greater than those of the assigned working day must be documented by providing the data of their respective prior authorizations.
When the imputations of entries and exits are made using a personal mobile type device, their physical GPS location is detected and controlled, being duly informed and visualized during the transfer process. With this functionality, the types of work are determined in 'Face-to-face' or 'Tele-Work' modes. Optionally, these devices can be configured to generate departure reminder notices.
When signings are made using dedicated devices (fixed tablets located in the Workstations), the physical location of the device is not controlled because they are devices dedicated to 'On-site' work control. There is the possibility of having preconfigured loaned Tablets for transfers in 'Tele-Work' mode.
The fixed equipment in the Workstations dedicated to presence control (tablets) can be configured to prevent their loss by emitting an alarm siren in the event that they are not connected to an electrical outlet, so that their screens are periodically refreshed In order to avoid deterioration of the same, so that its brightness is reduced at night and to be able to configure its sound volumes according to needs.
Shortcuts to various query screens, charts, and monitors (visual or xls) are available through drop-down or floating menu options.
System Administrators can configure the personal parameters of each app user (entry times, working days, rest times, arrival flexibilities, intensive days, job locations, etc.) and configure the parameters of the fixed equipment (tablets) dedicated to presence control. Likewise, the Administrators have a utility to be able to correct the incidents of transfers in the pertinent cases.
The application automatically alerts you when a new version of it is available.
NOTE: In order to be able to run simulated tests or training on the operations and functionalities of the app, there is a fictitious test user with Login: '12345'.
