Designed to explain how to bring the principles of Tai Chi into your everyday activities with detailed instructions both written, images & embedded videos. The warm ups are both seated and standing. Tai Chi is recommended by doctors as a benefit for many health conditions. As someone living with Multiple Sclerosis I personally created this APP with my interpretation of how to understand Tai Chi and what helped me. Furthermore, I teach warm ups seated & standing and traditional moves in a style that is accessible to everyone.
To try Tai Chi is not as easy as just joining a class, not all styles are accessible to everyone, so to fully understand how to experience the benefits of Tai Chi I seek to help you learn the essential principles. You do not need to have a health condition to benefit from bringing Tai Chi into your daily life and you do not need to find time to practice but simply adapt daily activities.
I have created this APP to help others read and learn Tai Chi. Accessible to all, anytime, anywhere especially as I have embedded videos which means once downloaded you dont need internet access to enjoy and for whatever length of time you want to practice. With safety in mind there are warm up exercises. Detailed instructions, written by someone living with health condition so I teach arms then footwork separately recognising the difficulties with cognition, memory & co-ordination.
