I've been using this app sonce approx. Around 2018, I never had issues with it, but I keep getting spammed with emails saying I can ask for a new credit, only to open the app and have the credit part bugged (idk what to do at this point, I've tried pretty much everything), it doesn't lets me ask for a new credit, it only shows tye status of my old credit line (which has been already been paid for) please fix this! I would appreciate it!

The app is crashing all the time. I can't even finish my registration process.

While other banks use the user's email as a confirmation method, you only use the cell phone number and in my case I changed mine a long time ago, preventing me from accessing my account, change that system because I am not the only one with this complaint.
