It looks like you are liars. You have send me messages with interesting promotions, and when I topped up my phone and sent the codes - the reply is: sorry, we cannot realise your request at the moment. I do not recommend Personal, there are many more companies available, with much better reception. I have never manage to download the app as it got stuck.

Not simple for non-Spanish speaking tourists. Hard to activate the first time e.g. the Personal store where I got the chip could not charge it with a 7 day plan. How hard would that have been for them to do? Recharging by credit card worked at first then stopped working. Kept sending me special offers to recharge but I needed SMS credit to accept the offers. Quite frustrating and unnecessarily so. Try another service like Movistar or Claro.
