This app is really good for the Shield TV which is what I use. Easily to navigate and set recordings. I do wish that it was cross-platform for settings which I know that there's a lot of complaints out there because of this. You can create a backup and transfer it, then restore it. Not that difficult to do. I wish this app worked on the Android smartphones!!! Seriously great app!!

Love the app. It does have a huge shortfall in my opinion and was one of the reasons I purchased it. With the firestick OTG cable, I am able to add additional external storage for movies and recorded video. While other programs I use on the same firestick will record to the external storage device, tivimate will not see the drive at all. Was wondering if there is a fix coming for this? Recording video was one of the purchase appeals for this program. Without upgrading hardware, I can't

Great App. Would be 5 stars and even better if we could log in and keep our Playlist data and settings across all devices. Having to re-customize each instance is extremely frustrating and time consuming so this function would be great. A simple login could save your settings. Would love to see this feature added for easier access across all devices.
