On February 27th I send IGNIS to my ardor wallet. On the next day, I see notification about transaction delays. But until now I haven't received my IGNIS. I lost my money. I have sent a ticket to support team. I will update the rating if my problem is solved Update 10 March 2018: The customer service had replied my email, but I haven't received my coin yet

Do not use this app! Wanted to sell 6 days ago and it continues to tell me to try again.. and now it's down 40% and I still can't send my money out. They said it's because they're updating the site.. 6 days is beyond unacceptable. I have a feeling they stole my coins and sold them a while ago. Do not trust these people!
Hate it and should not started it. It's been updating over a month now and can't do anything with my coins. Notification said 2-3 weeks for maintenance but it's been saying that since Jan 1st. They also removed customer support within the app and hard to get support.
